Offering virtual services in PA and DE, and virtual music therapy in MA

Welcome

I am glad you are here!

You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone

Life’s painful moments can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from purpose.

Maybe you’ve been through something hard—recently or long ago—and it’s still affecting your mood, your work, or your relationships.

If you’re longing for relief from anxiety, depression, or old patterns that no longer serve you, I invite you to take that first step.

Together, we’ll work toward healing the past and creating the life you deserve.

A Little About Me…

Hi, I’m Christopher, Owner of Mind & Melody Therapy Services

My clients say they feel safe and supported by me and appreciate my comprehensive approach to therapy.

I help clients find and develop freedom from their struggles so that they can live a more meaningful and purpose-driven life.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, with a focus on helping adults heal from childhood emotional/attachment wounds.

I offer online virtual services (i.e., psychotherapy, music therapy) to those in PA, DE, and virtual music therapy (only) in MA.

My work blends traditional therapy with deeper, more expansive approaches to healing.

Healing Childhood Trauma in Adulthood

Mind & Melody Therapy Services supports adults who are still carrying the emotional weight of childhood—those who grew up too fast, felt unseen, or learned to silence their needs to survive. Through trauma-informed therapy and creative expression, we help you gently untangle the past, reclaim your voice, and move toward a life that feels more connected, authentic, and free.
